AMERITEAK PLANTATION 

ESTABLISHMENT

Plantation #1 was established in December 1995 and planted during 1996 in Costa Rica. Extensive research concerning seed genetics and site topography has yielded what independent experts have labeled the finest teak wood plantation in the world. As of June 2003 the trees are 40 feet high and 10-14 inches in diameter. The following pictures give a sampling of the progress made over the last seven years.
