News: During early January 2003 Ameriteak management visited Costa Rica. With Plantation One now seven years on since establishment, independent expert measurements continue to  present overwhelming evidence that the results at Plantation One are among the highest documented historically as far as yield and quality. Such encouraging results are being incorporated into plans for additional financing to expand plantation operations to additional plantations.

During early 2003 additional drainage improvements have been added to the plantation.  Maintenance and sanitary thinning practices continue daily with a full time team of forestry workers of between five and fifteen workers.
